T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Yang Style, Long Form, is very detailed. Every subtle move is important, especially for fitness and self defense. Precision, balance, sensitivity, energy flow, and strength will grow as you tap into the flow of Chi. The three basics are:

Occasionaslly, we have intensive T'ai Chi Ch'uan Intensive Workshops for all you die hards out there! All levels of students are welcome, and there is much focus on the Art of Push Hands. We work pretty hard at these workshops, so bring a towel because you will sweat!
